I I was born in beautiful Cape Town and grew up in South Africa in an exciting time of transition and hope.

Like many people, I was able to sense subtle energies and intelligence and journeyed to understand what never seemed to make sense through the explanations given in childhood. I studied science, completed a degree in Psychology and Anthropology, and studied a variety of therapies, health, nutrition, and explored religious and spiritual paths. I travelled and then settled in London, working in therapeutic communities and managing supported housing projects, helping people experiencing homelessness and enduring mental illness to get their lives back on track. I currently live in Brixton, with my lovely partner Pete. In 2009 I set up New Light Healing with the intention of helping people to find health, healing, and to understand the energies that surround them through the experience of Energy Field Healing.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Energy Field Healing. I studied with Sue Zange, and was a student on her first Diploma Course in Birmingham in 2000. Sue Zange is an exceptionally gifted healer and teacher who developed a unique awareness of energy and methods of Energy Field Healing through her own clinic room experience. I have continued training with her over the past 9 years, and my own skills have developed profoundly during this time. I am now able to sense very subtle shifts in energy, and can connect with and bring in high level healing energies to help clients. The journey of self healing, and becoming able to heal others has been a truly life changing experience, and it brings me great joy to help others to experience it for themselves. I am passionate about Energy Field Healing, and think that it is the most effective therapy available to us to date.

I knew immediately on discovering Energy Field Healing that it was the technique that I’d been searching for- everything suddenly started making sense! There is such a sense of joy and rightness in it- it is simple yet extraordinary, and helps us to understand so much more about ourselves and the world that we live in.

I am excited about the value of energy work as a way of healing on a causal level. Using the techniques of Energy Field Healing I have had amazing success in helping people find relief from debilitating conditions, health and joy. I am amazed by the potentials we have as humans.  There are ways to feel and be different. The work that I do has given me great hope for the future, both for individuals, for humanity and the planet.
